The first time I tried it I used normal cycle. It ran for two hours. That™™s way too long. I have since used the one hour wash and that™™s better. It™™s definitely quieter than my previous dishwasher. The dishes definitely sparkle when it™™s done.

My appliance stopped working after 2 uses over the course of two months. I had previously been without a dishwasher for 10+ years and the one that came with the house (not a Frigidaire) only worked for a few years. Maybe I just have the dishwasher curse!

Simple, good looking dishwasher. Runs quiet and easy to use buttons. Heated dry is not the greatest. I still open when done ti let the rest of it air dry

I'm 73 years old and I have had many dishwashers in my life, but never one that is as hard as this one to push the control buttons! I wish the salesman would have let me know about this poor feature. I'm sooo disappointed in this Frigidaire product and I've had Frigidaire appliances in the past.

The touch pad to select options does not work. Also, the user guide directions for how to select options are the opposite from the directions on the flyer. I have a service call scheduled for this coming week. Hopefully, this is fixable; otherwise, we will need a replacement. If it is fixed, I will update my rating if given another opportunity.

A good dishwasher. I especially like the flexibility offered in placing of glasses and dishes. Not as silent as other washers but gets things cleaner.

It cleans the dishes. The top rack isn't as deep as my other one (which was not adjustable, either). Cutlery tray is smaller than my other dishwasher. If you pull the bottom rack out too far to load, and it is full, it does not slide back in easily. Same Db as my other one, but seems to be louder; could be because my other one had a thick blanket for insulation and this one has more like a sheet. The buttons are difficult to push. Only had it for a week. But it is cleaning the dishes!

The unit is so loud I cannot run it if people are sleeping. It cleans fairly well, but™¦in 30 years of having a DW, this is by far the noisiest one.

I am having trouble getting the machine to start after hitting the START button. I've followed the directions of hitting the button before closing the door completely. I also have a hard time reading the "window" for the jet dry to see how much fluid there is available.Other than that, the dishwasher does an excellent job cleaning the dishes.

Brand new dishwasher in a brand new mobile home. We couldn't get it to work so used the warranty to get service on it. Repair man told us that the water pump was bad and that it happens quite often with these dishwashers. Brand new, never used dishwasher with a bad water pump. It's pretty sad. Parts had to be ordered so we'll have to continue to do dishes by hand although we bought a home with a built in dishwasher. I just hope the rest of the frigidaire appliances that came with the home are better and perform as expected.

The dishwasher works great, the only complaint I have is the buttons are hard to push to select what you want. I do think they should put a baffle over the whole dishwasher before they put it in because it is kind of loud. The one they took out had one on and I should have made them put it on the new one. But it works it cleans my dishes.

From day 1, we™™ve had trouble with this model. First, the heat dry cycle was so hot that it melted my brand new blender, my tervis tumblers, and destroyed other plastic ware, even on the TOP SHELF. And that to shelf™¦it isn™™t designed properly and regulate detached from the wheels and drops down, sometimes empty, sometimes full of dishes. The power button was so hard to press in that we had to use the end of stuff kitchen tool in order to make it work. We™™ve tried to reach customer service to get it repaired or replaced, but we™™ve only been hung up on or told someone would contact us which hasn™™t happened. I™™m beyond fed up with Frigidaire and with this model of dishwasher, purchased from Lowe™™s.

Machine is quiet and so far has done a good job cleaning the dishes. The problem I have with this washer is the bottom rack. My previous dishwasher's rack had curved posts that held the dishes nice and straight up. The post in this machine are straight and as a result the plates fall forward and lean over touching the dish in front of it. I've had to use the center row of posts which are short but which don't push the plates over like the tall posts. This results in a big reduction in the capacity of the dishwasher

The control panel is faulty. It requires that I push very hard to change the options and sometimes I cannot change them at all. A repairman is coming today to diagnose the problem but if the control panel has to be replaced, he will need to order the part. It will then be another two weeks before it's fixed.

this dishwasher gets my dishes, very clean, even when I don™™t rinse them before hand or they sit for a day. At first it was a little bit difficult to figure out how to get it to turn on because you have to really slam the door hard. But I was happy with my purchase, which came with a starter pack of dishwasher pods, and rinse aid. It was perfect for my needs and also has a 6 gallon wash water saver feature. The only thing I can say is that without an unselective blanket it was quite loud so you might want to invest in a sick or ones and what they give you.

I had replaced my old dishwasher with this and I am very happy with what a thorough cleaning this gives to everything. I even rewashed things from the cupboard. I found it to do a great job on pots and pans, too with just a quick rinse. Only 4 stars as it's a bit loud. I would have has the contractor put more soundproofing on the tub had I known.

This model cost me $500 without installation. Not particularly "cheap", nor high quality product. Dishwasher inside does not stay dry after long "High Temp" and Hot Dry" options are ON. Dishwasher Main Spray melted down on hot coils in third use due the connectivity error (was not completely tight in.). Overall feel as a cheap plastic.

I can not get the dishwasher to start! I push/touch the start place and the yellow light does not stay on but continues to blink for minute or two. I run my hot water and do everything directions say to start the dishwasher. Finally, after 20 + times each wash of a load, my husband gets the machine started. I have started it once in 100 + tries! Plus, the machine does not even clean the already rinse dishes very well. I use the pods like the samples in the dishwasher. I HATE THIS DISHWASHER!! I WANT A NEW ONE THAT WORKS.

We bought this brand on the recomendation of one of our sons. Our previous DW was a top of the line name brand that broke 3 months out of warranty. If a product is not durable, I refuse to buy that brand again. The new one we bought was a low cost alternative with a lot fewer buttons and settings and it works just fine.

Overall the dishwasher seems to be working okay, but one of the issues we are having since the beginning is the start button. It is very difficult to engage the start button. It will lol finally engage but it typically takes 2 to 3 times pushing it before it will engage. I would think with a brand new dishwasher that this should not be the case.

First time to write a negative review. This dish is less that three years old and it is not used everyday. It is already rusted. Not safe to use. I would like this company to contact me and please replace these two racks, I have called twice and no assistance. Please take the time to possibly acknowledge that maybe these racks did not get the proper amount of sealant to prevent rust and replace these racks. I thank you kindly
